🤔 My thoughts from an A.I. home services event

Earlier this month, I spoke at TAP Into The Future - the AI event for the trades by Tersh Blissett.

It was interesting to hear how different industry leaders are talking about AI…

For example:

I heard some speakers and contractors rave about AI’s potential to do, well… pretty much everything! From content creation to call-handling to operations.

Others are more skeptical, even to the point of telling the audience to take it easy with AI and not lose the human touch.

My favorite comment was “I can’t tell if AI is giving me superpowers, or making me irrelevant” 😅

As I took it all in, the main thing I took away is that AI should solve real problems for your business.

Some people set up accounts with all the different AI tools but have no idea what they’re going to do with any of it. They just keep hearing how powerful AI is and figure they should jump on the bandwagon.

But I say….
